Drink a couple of glasses of water just after you wake up early in the morning on an empty stomach as that will help to flush your bowels and release toxins from the body through urination. It also increases appetite and prevents headache. The ideal time to drink water is 45 to 50 minutes before you eat a meal and then 2 hours after you have had your meal, this will help to improve the digression and aid to absorb nutrients in the body.
Before you drink water you need to sit down and take sips rather than full glass chugs. It doesn’t matter how thirsty you are, take a small sip, swallow, breath and repeat. Don’t drink loads of water just before or immediately after your meal because it slows down the digestion process. Drink water throughout the day with intervals because when you chug too much water in one go it won’t absorb properly but will run through you.
