Staying happy might be hard for everybody but if you try, it is possible and being happy is also directly linked with your health. Stress and sadness can cause heart disease as when you are stressed your body produces hormones that narrow the arteries, which supply blood to your heart. So be happy, enjoy your life and live longer.

The real happiness comes from inside and is only possible when you are healthy. External factors make you happy for a short period of time so make all possible efforts for yourself to be happy and it is only you who can make that possible.   • Wake up early in the morning and detoxify your body through yoga, as that will reduce your stress level. By doing so you will feel fresh and relaxed.
